Hostile Vehicle Mitigation systems, also known as HVM barriers, are used to protect people and assets from vehicle as a weapon attacks and vehicle incursions. They can be deployed rapidly at events as well as permanently for buildings.
Protection of Premises
(Martyn's Law)
The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) bill is a piece of legislation referred to as Martyn's Law, in memory of Martyn Hett who was sadly one of twenty-two to pass away in the 2017.Manchester Arena attack. The law will require Publically Acessible Locations (PALs) premises and events to take steps to prepare for and prevent critical incidents and terror attacks.
