The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) bill is a piece of draft legislation named Martyn's Law, in memory of Martyn Hett who was sadly one of twenty-two to pass away in the 2017 Manchester Arena attack. The law is expected to require premises and event organisers to take steps to prepare for and prevent critical incidents and terror attacks.
