Adrian Parsons
Adrian is a former police officer and drugs expert witness registered with CEPOL (European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training). He has over 30 years public sector experience, has trained over 300 police officers nationally and has worked alongside the Home Office and Home Affairs Select Committee..
Adrian currently guest lectures for ambulance service paramedic courses and sits as a governor of an NHS trust. He is also committee member of the Expert Witness Institute and co-founder of the Independent Drug Expert Alliance.
Nick Warren
Nick is a self-defense specialist and qualified personal trainer and fitness coach. He has over 15 years martial arts experience with a focus on teaching Wing Tsun and reality combat subjects including female self defense, weapons defense and additional skills for police officers and door supervisors.
Nick currently teaches real life self-defense programmes and hosts workshops and seminars for situational awareness based training.

Victoria Lawrence
Victoria is a qualified project manager and public sector specialist - supporting Gardium with employability skills, training and apprenticeships. She currently runs projects and programmes for a local government authority.
Victoria has managed projects on behalf of Health Education England and provided business mentoring to students in the South East whilst working to increase participation in higher education, traineeships and apprenticeships.
